Introduction to Installation Technology of Bearing Steel Balls

 I remember the first time I saw this product of rolling bearings, I was curious about how the steel balls inside the bearings were put in, and the steel balls were clamped in the middle, but they would not fall out.

Rolling bearings are generally composed of rings (inner and outer rings), balls, sealing rings and retaining structures.
 
 
In the bearing industry, this process of putting steel balls between the inner and outer rings is called "assembly" or "fitting". The process is as follows:
 
 
A. Prepare the inner and outer rings and place them on one side.

C. Splitting, using a ball splitter with small claws to evenly separate the steel balls
 
 
D. Place the cage and rivet the two pieces of cage.
 
 
Is there a feeling of sudden enlightenment? In addition, in actual production, there are still full-filled, usually with ball-loading gap. It can be seen that there is a ball-loading gap on one side and the steel ball is filled in from that gap. However, the bearing has less ability to withstand axial load and less use.
